Why this site

UK school capital figures live in subscription extracts (BCIS) and Department PDFs (LGA, EBDOG, DfE Spec21, NAO). There is no SaaS pricing page to scrape. The free-web alternative is fragmented and rarely sourced, leaving trust estates teams and LA capital programme managers re-tracing the same provenance work on every business case. This site is the workbench we wanted to have on the desk during that work.

Editorial standard

Every numeric claim links to its source paragraph.
Last-verified date on every dataset.
Quarterly refresh of BCIS-linked figures; annual refresh of LGA / EBDOG / programme guidance; immediate refresh when a DfE / ESFA notice changes the rules.
No transaction relationships with contractors, framework holders or vendors.
Where uncertainty exists, it is stated plainly. Where a figure is contested, both anchors are shown.
