• Bespoke designs (unusual SEN provision, complex sixth-form mixes) where module-grid constraints add cost.
• Difficult site access (rural, urban-infill) where module delivery is hard.
• Tight planning context where rooflines and material palettes are constrained.
• Heritage / sensitive site contexts.
